We offer unlimited revisions within reason. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with the final design, so we're happy to make adjustments until it meets your vision.

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees or penalties. Simply inform us before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month. After cancellation, you will still have access to the service until the last day of the current billing cycle.

Absolutely! We understand that every business has unique needs. We can create custom packages tailored to your specific requirements, including larger-scale projects or higher-volume design needs.

Our agency is formed by two childhood best friends who are designers. One of us will work on your design requests, keeping our communication transparent and asynchronous, so at any given time, one of us can always pick up and continue work on the request. For specific needs like motion design or 3D modeling, we may hire freelancers, incurring additional costs.

When you subscribe to a design plan, you gain access to a Trello board. Trello is a project management platform where you can submit design requests and feedback. We ensure clear communication channels for a smooth and efficient design process.

While we cover a broad range of design services, there are a few areas we don't specialize in, such as 3D modeling, motion design, and video production. Please feel free to contact us with your specific needs, and we'll let you know if we can assist.

Yes, all designs created for you are yours to use commercially. Once a project is completed and delivered, you hold full rights to the design.
